Lyrics from the last verse of Black Balloon by The Goo Goo Dolls. This song plus the fact that it's sappy-love-and-hearts day today drove me to make this.
Destiel (Dean x Castiel) is kind of a guilty pleasure of mine and I think this song really suits them.
The way I see it, Cas brought Dean back from hell and since then has been trying to make him see the good in himself, even if things tend to go against the angel's planning. Now with everything that's happened to them recently, when Cas comes back it'll be Deans turn to leave behind any grudges and be the one to make a somewhat-fallen angel see what he's worth.
